We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Results Thinking Solutions. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 4 weeks (28 days) of receipt of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with all components included.

Note the following:

1. You may return the product including all components within 4 weeks (28 days) of receipt of shipment for a full refund or exchange.
2. Returns must be in resalable condition. This includes no scratches on the CDs or binder, and contents in unused condition.
3. Returns without all of the original components will not be accepted.
4. Shipping cost for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
5. Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
6. It is highly suggested to wrap the binder in a protective package to prevent it from breaking/tearing during shipping. We have found the bubble wrap envelopes or a small box with padding work best for shipping.
7. Returns must be shipped via the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation or with tracking for confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages; therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
